The Emmanuel Anglican and Uniting Church in West Wodonga offers well appointed meeting room facilities for hire in The Meeting Place.

The Meeting Place can be arranged to suit your meeting requirements. The features of the building are listed for you to help make your choice for small or large group meetings.

The Meeting Place offers:

• A large north facing room to seat at least 120 people
   

• The main room can be subdivided into three smaller rooms with dividing doors and moveable wall to create sound proof breakaway rooms for sessional work.
   

• Comfortable chairs and tables

• PA system which can be isolated per room or used throughout the main room
   

• A modern well appointed catering kitchen with all facilities including crockery and cutlery
   

• Heating and air conditioning throughout the building

• Off street carpark

• Separate entrance to The Meeting Place

• Outdoor paved area for a variety of purposes.

• Outdoor barbecue facility

• Child Care Facility is available

• Paramedical Consulting Room for visiting health services

• Easy access and facilities for all persons

Catering for your function can be arranged by negotiation with the Committee of Management depending on your needs.

Catering can either be full catering or assistance with external catering organized by the hirer.

Wedding and Special Occasion Hire

Please contact the Committee of Management to discuss hiring The Meeting Place for your wedding.

Use of The Meeting Place is subject to approval being granted by the Council of the Emmanuel Anglican and Uniting Church, West Wodonga.

As private functions are not covered under the Meeting Place cover, you will be required to provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance prior to use of the facility. If this Insurance is not held, UCA Property Board may arrange cover. Permission to waive the need for proof may apply to small group meetings on request.

Please note: Your equipment etc is not covered by UCA Insurance.
